If You Give A Mouse A Cookie at RiverCenter

Even as an adult, I love children’s books. There’s always a good message, they’re usually funny and uplifting and of course, having pictures doesn’t hurt either. And when books and stories are brought to life on stage it usually makes for a great show. Friday, at RiverCenter, eight wonderful stories, including Amazing Grace, Math Curse, Master Man, Martha Speaks, Owen, Imogene’s Antlers, Borreguita and the Coyote, and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie will grace the stage. The show is produced by Theatreworks USA, which is America’s largest professional not-for-profit theatre for young and family audiences. Kids of all ages will have a terrific time and if your child has never seen a live stage production, what a great way to introduce them to theatre.
