How to actually keep your resolution to get healthy in 2014! Check out the Columbus Health Expo.
Let's face it. About 99% of us make the resolution each year to get healthy and change our wicked ways...some more wicked than others! Even if you have the best intentions, sometimes it's just tough to know what to do to get started. Thankfully, we've got a great opportunity to jump-start our plan by checking out the Columbus Health Expo at the Convention & Trade Center this Saturday (Jan 25). Registration begins at 8:45am and screening start at 9:00am. What sorts of screenings? Anything from blood pressure, cholesterol, bone density, eye tests, hearing, depression, and the one that gets everyone's attention...STRESS! In all, there are 30 or so screenings and on average, over $1,000 in medical screenings are provided free of charge to participants. That's pretty sweet. One thing to remember, this is a really popular event so some lines may be long, but it'll be worth the wait.
